Feedback, corrections and accountability

Responding means taking responsibility

Feedback becomes accountability when it is listened to, verified and handled through a clear methodology. Innovando Swiss collects observations, correction requests and reports through a structured and traceable process.

Feedback, corrections and accountability

Editorial accountability is not limited to publishing content. It also includes the ability to listen, verify and, when necessary, correct. This policy explains how Innovando News manages feedback, correction requests and reports relating to published content, editorial processes and compliance with our standards.

What can be reported

We welcome:

  1. reports of errors or inaccuracies in published content;
  2. requests for updates based on new evidence;
  3. observations regarding clarity, context or completeness;
  4. reports of content that may be misleading or inconsistent with our policies;
  5. substantiated requests for corrections.

What we do not treat as feedback

We do not treat commercial enquiries, technical support requests or generic messages lacking verifiable elements as editorial feedback. For technical support, please use innovando.support. For business enquiries, please use our official contact channels.

How we evaluate feedback

We assess feedback according to criteria of verifiability, relevance and proportionality. When a point is well founded, we intervene through corrections, additions or updates. If feedback concerns interpretations or opinions, we clarify the context and distinguish between facts and analysis.

Corrections and rectifications

Corrections are implemented transparently. When appropriate, we indicate that content has been updated and specify the nature of the modification. A correction is not a concession. It is a quality measure.

Response times

We acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe. Evaluation times depend on the complexity of the case and the availability of supporting evidence. Whenever possible, we provide updates regarding the status of the review.

Internal accountability

Relevant reports are recorded and tracked internally. Feedback management supports continuous improvement across editorial processes, verification procedures, standards and policies.

Sensitive reports

For reports involving serious misconduct, compliance risks or behaviour that may violate applicable standards, the Whistleblowing channel is available.

Policy review

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated whenever processes, operating conditions or applicable regulations change.

“Transparency is measured by how you handle corrections.”

ASSESSMENT

Start with the assessment

If you want to avoid dispersion and invest with clarity, the assessment is the first step. We measure, prioritise and build an actionable roadmap: clear decisions first, then execution.
