Why this channel exists

A responsible organisation must be able to identify risks before they become damage. The purpose of this channel is to provide a protected, traceable and proportionate mechanism for reporting conduct, situations or events that may conflict with internal policies, legal obligations, ethical standards or the principles that guide Innovando Swiss.

Whistleblowing is not a tool for conflict. It is a tool for protection. It helps organisations identify critical issues, improve governance, strengthen compliance and prevent situations that could undermine trust, integrity or operational continuity.

What you can report

We welcome reports concerning:

  1. violations of internal policies or declared ethical standards;
  2. irregularities related to privacy and data protection;
  3. fraudulent conduct or undisclosed conflicts of interest;
  4. non-compliant editorial practices (for example, undue influence or lack of transparency regarding sponsored content);
  5. cybersecurity risks or improper management of access credentials and data;
  6. harassment, discrimination or harmful behaviour in the workplace, where relevant.

What this channel is not

This channel is not intended for commercial enquiries, technical support requests or generic complaints.

For technical support, please use innovando.support.

For business enquiries, please use our official contact channels.

How to submit a report

  1. To ensure an effective review process and reasonable response times, please include:
  2. a description of the facts (what happened, when and where);
  3. the people or roles involved, if known;
  4. any supporting evidence or references (documents, emails, screenshots);
  5. the perceived impact and level of urgency.

Incomplete reports may require additional information before they can be assessed.

Confidentiality and protection

We handle reports confidentially, in accordance with applicable legislation and with access limited to those functions directly involved in the review process. We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Every report is assessed and managed according to principles of proportionality, traceability and accountability.

Response times

We acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe and begin evaluating the reported facts

Traceability and audit

Reports are recorded and managed through internal traceability procedures to ensure consistency, verifiability and the continuous improvement of the compliance system.

“Transparency is a system. It is measured by how you manage what is uncomfortable.”
