Requesting an assessment does not require a complete diagnosis. A context, a few questions, perceived challenges or simply the feeling that something is not working as it should are enough. The first step is to define the scope together, with confidentiality, methodology and no commercial pressure.

The first step is to describe the context

An assessment request is not a signature at the bottom of a contract. It is the beginning of a structured conversation that helps us understand the situation, priorities, objectives and constraints. From there, we can determine whether an assessment is truly needed, what scope it should have and which information is required to move forward.

Many organisations approach an assessment after recognising that something is wrong, without yet being able to define the issue precisely. The website no longer reflects the value of the business. Content feels fragmented. SEO does not produce clear results. Reputation is difficult to interpret. Digital tools have multiplied, but they do not always work towards the same objective.

This is entirely normal. The purpose of an assessment is to transform scattered signals into a structured interpretation. The initial request does not need to be perfect. It needs to be honest, concrete and useful in understanding where to begin.

During the first conversation, we are not trying to sell a predefined solution. We are trying to understand whether a real need exists, which part of the system should be examined and which information can help build a meaningful diagnosis.

We evaluate the information received, determine whether an assessment is the appropriate tool and, if necessary, contact you to clarify scope, objectives and priorities.
