    Policy and principles for an inclusive work environment: transparency, criteria and accountability.

    Inclusion is not a claim. It is a set of operational choices: selection criteria, internal practices, languages and responsibilities. This paper describes how Innovando addresses diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in collaboration, with an approach that can be measured and improved over time.

    Principles

    We promote a work environment based on respect, merit and equal opportunity. We reject discrimination and detrimental behavior, and adopt criteria that make internal decisions more transparent, verifiable, and consistent with stated values.

    Selection and collaboration

    Selection and collaboration choices prioritize competence, reliability, and consistency with the project scope. Where possible, we reduce bias and arbitrariness through explicit criteria, comparable assessments, and traceability of decisions. The goal is not ‘quota,’ but quality: better processes produce better results.

    Working Environment

    Protection, respect, and psychological safety are prerequisites. We foster a climate in which it is possible to work with clarity about goals and responsibilities, and in which any critical issues can emerge without fear of retaliation. Inclusion is also an organizational issue: clear roles reduce ambiguity and conflict.

    Reporting and accountability

    Reports are handled with confidentiality and traceable criteria. When necessary, we take proportionate corrective action. The Whistleblowing channel is also available for sensitive reports.

    Report and improvement

    This report describes the approach and commitments, and is reviewed periodically. Inclusion is also measured by the ability to update practices and processes when new needs or critical issues emerge.
